2025 NZ Young Singers in Harmony Trust (YSIH) Convention, Lower Hutt Town Hall, 17 and 18 September 2025
The Trust Board has now confirmed the above, so mark 17 – 18 September 2025 in your calendars now and come along! Brenda Leasi from Pacific Connection is the 2025 YSIH Convention Coordinator.

Expressions of Interest close on Sunday 9 February 2025
The New Zealand Young Singers in Harmony Trust (YSIH NZ) is now asking for expressions of interest for the following Coordinator positions to join our new YSIH Management Team:
Event Coordinator, Finance Coordinator, Grant Coordinator. Are you either experienced in these areas, have an administration, finance or event background or know someone who might be? Or are you willing to learn?

Selena. New members will receive a Management Team induction and mentoring / detailed handover by the two people currently doing these roles (ie Brenda and Selena).
Looking for 2025 YSIH Convention volunteers
We’re on the lookout for more volunteers from Faultline Chorus Members or Alumnae who can either help during the day or at the evening concert on the registration desk, helping with traffic pattern on Day 1, or door and raffle sales. Shelley Bascand from Faultline Chorus is kindly helping us as Traffic Pattern Lead on Day 2. If you missed out helping in 2024, don’t miss out supporting some of YSIH’s top quartet and chorus barbershoppers next year! Contact Brenda Leasi, 2025 YSIH Convention Coordinator if you are interested. All volunteers will receive an online pre-Convention briefing in 2025, including a health and safety induction.

If you know of any businesses, groups or individuals that might be open to provide sponsorship, contact Kiri Crossland, YSIH Funding and Sponsorship Coordinator for more details. We will be putting up sponsorship details on 2 x 75” screens above the risers throughout the Convention.

New Zealand Young Singers in Harmony Trust
WOW 2025 Sunday 5 October early afternoon show (Time TBC) – Expressions of Interest for Tickets and Numbers needed by COB Saturday 5 April at the latest for presale tickets
The newly designed WOW stage created an even more amazing experience in 2024! Come and join us for a Dockside Café and Bar pre-show brunch and WOW show this year, so you can experience it for yourself. We had 15 Chorus members, alumnae and friends in 2023 and an intimate Chorus family of 4 in 2024. It’s become an annual Chorus and friends event not to be missed!
Please email Selena (not FB, text or Messenger) with names, how many tickets you would like and whether you want her to book a Dockside brunch seat. This is so she can (hopefully) book good seats together when the presale tickets go on sale from 10am on Sunday 6 April and book the Dockside well in advance to get brunch seats. She will pay in advance via Mastercard and advise of per person cost (approx. $115pp for WOW tickets), which won’t be due to be paid until 11 May 2025. You’ll be sent the Dockside pre-show brunch menu in due course. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to ask Selena.
